MP LAC

MP LAC is MP3's trade name for its thermoplastic cut sheets produced with ABS resins. Our experience of the market has led us to concentrate on developing two standard products, which we believe are able to meet the requirements of most users: LAC 500 and LAC 700

LAC 500

LAC 500 is ABS sheeting with well balanced mechanical properties, which combines good values of rigidity and impact resistance.
The excellent flexural and cohesive strength, combined with good flowability, make this product suitable for many moulding processes.

LAC 500 sheets are easy to cut, drill and glue and can be screen-printed when required.

Finishing:
The material is available in a standard embossed finish or in:
- Natural (semi-glossy)
- Matt

Applications:
Car sector - pallets for automatic handling - biomedical containers.

Colours: LAC 500 is available in a standard range of colours. Minimum quantity applicable for colour matching.

LAC 700

Obtained from a highly resilient ABS resin, this thermoplastic sheet is especially suitable for the most difficult of thermoforming processes.
Its specifications allow it to be used particularly in areas of high mechanical stress.

Finishing:
The material is available in standard embossed finish or in:
- Natural (glossy)
- Matt

Applications:
All applications where high impact resistance is required.

Colours: LAC 700 is available in the standard range of colours. Minimum quantity applicable for production to color sample. However, our technical staff are able to offer other types of ABS to solve specific customer needs. A minimum quantity is usually required.

Our range is completed by:

LAC UV; material for outdoor use, with high resistance to ultraviolet light and to weather ageing. Especially suitable for all items subject to long exposure to UV rays such as luggage racks and outside accessories for cars and caravans, swimming-pool equipment, etc...
