It is obtained by means of a process of extrusion of one or more layers of AMORPHOUS TEREPHTALATE POLYETHYLENE (A-PET).

With its excellent physical/chemical characteristics and absolutely no plastifiants, it especially fits to the production of extremely transparent and brilliant vacuum formed items.

Its good barrier properties against gases and aromas, its excellent resistance to grease and to heat, make it particularly suitable for food packaging.

It is extruded in film on the reel in the standard transparent version.

It is manufactured in compliance with the requirements of EEC DIRECTIVE 90/128 "Plastic materials intended to come into contact with food" and its amendments and accompanied by the corresponding declaration of suitability.
