Specializing in the recovery of post-consumer PET packaging, AMP Recycling\u2019s work enables the ILPA Group to maintain direct control over the quality of recycled raw materials, ensuring transparency and reliability in every phase of the production process.<\/p>\n<p>2025 was an intense and highly dynamic year for MP3 <em>eXtrusion<\/em>, marked by significant milestones, new partnerships, and projects that strengthened our position within the international plastics industry. Red Label represents an innovative approach to the concept of thermoplastic surfaces, where technical performance meets a strong visual identity tailored for professionals seeking high-quality design solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Another key moment of the year was<strong> K 2025<\/strong>, where we launched <strong>New Cycle<\/strong>, a new class of high-specification products made with 99% Certified Post-Industrial Recycled (PIR) material (PSV). This line was created to concretely satisfy the market\u2019s sustainability demands, offering our customers low-environmental-impact materials without compromising performance, even in the most technical and demanding applications. New Cycle marks an important step in MP3 <em>eXtrusion<\/em>\u2019s strategy toward a <strong>more circular and responsible economy<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1765967992590{background-image: url(https:\/\/www.ilpa-mp3.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/green-background-1920&#215;760-light-no-margin.jpg?id=16963) !important;background-position: center !important;background-repeat: no-repeat !important;background-size: contain !important;}&#8221;][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;20419&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]At the same time, our <strong>R&amp;D<\/strong> Center successfully advanced the development of the new<strong> CARBO series<\/strong> materials in <strong>PC ABS<\/strong>. As a result of an in-depth research process that included numerous certified tests and a detailed analysis of material properties, the new product line was previewed at the K trade fair. The <strong>CARBO<\/strong> series sheets are designed for sectors requiring high performance\u2014such as agriculture, rail, and bus manufacturing\u2014thanks to their excellent mechanical resistance, high impact absorption capacity, and self-extinguishing properties, which make them ideal for technical applications and environments subject to significant stress.<\/p>\n<p>MP3 eXtrusion also continued to expand its range of exclusive products for the <strong>furniture market<\/strong>, offering sheets of incomparable quality and performance, reaffirming its leadership in the sector and strengthening the presence of our products in the world\u2019s most demanding furniture manufacturers.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, in 2025 <strong>MP3 <em>eXtrusion<\/em><\/strong>, together with our<strong> R&amp;D<\/strong> department and ILIP S.r.l., launched an important innovation project in the field of reels, focused on the development of a <strong>new bio-barrier polypropylene<\/strong>.<br \/>\nThe material was developed in two versions: one based on <strong>PLA<\/strong> and one based on <strong>PLA and MATER-BI<\/strong>, both obtained through a co-extrusion process that integrates a central compostable layer with a gas-barrier function.<br \/>\nThe solutions developed ensure a significant reduction in oxygen permeability, good chemical-physical properties, and high rigidity and thermoresistance. They are therefore particularly suitable for the thermoforming of packaging for oxygen-sensitive foods with a long shelf life, as well as for the thermoforming of non-toxic products that are mechanically resistant and have a low environmental impact.<br \/>\nDuring the year, a first extrusion trial was successfully carried out; the project will continue in 2026 with further development and industrialization activities.<\/p>\n<p>We enter, then, 2026 with firm determination to carry forward our <strong>STRIVE29<\/strong> growth plan.
