The geographical location of our facility is one of MP3’s key strengths. Situated just few minutes from the Valsamoggia motorway exit, the site is directly connected to the highway via high-speed roads.
This infrastructure ensures reduced transport times, continuous logistics flows, and reliable deliveries, both nationally and internationally.
Its proximity to the ports of Ravenna and La Spezia also enables optimized sea freight management, making the plant a strategic hub for European and extra-European markets.
Size and Infrastructure Designed for Large-Scale Industry
Covering a total area of 80,000 sqm, including 45,000 sqm of covered space, the industrial site has been designed to support production volumes of up to 75,000 tons per year, alongside highly efficient logistics operations.
The facility features:
18 loading bays, allowing simultaneous loading and unloading of multiple vehicles
The ability to load both standard trucks and containers, ensuring flexible shipment management
An operational capacity to load and unload up to 180 trucks per week, handling more than 4,000 tons of material
Two dedicated indoor storage areas for finished goods made available to customers, in addition to automated racking systems that ensure order, traceability, and operational speed
Extensive areas dedicated to the storage of raw materials used in the extrusion processes. This represents a true added value, enabling constant material availability, ensuring production continuity, rapid execution, and maximum reliability for our customers

With 14 extrusion lines and a thermoforming plant, our production department stands as a benchmark within the industry. The integration of 10 high-capacity grinding mills ensures complete scrap management, reinforcing an industrial model based on high production capacity.
This technological setup allows MP3 to operate with high quality standards, production continuity and flexibility, meeting the demands of complex and highly competitive markets.
The Quality and the Planning offices are located close to the production area — a strategic choice that enables constant process monitoring, efficient scheduling and rapid adaptation to customer requirements.
