A new figure to the sales team

In order to provide our customers with an ever-improving service, MP3 has added a new figure to the sales team with more technical training. This figure will serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and our internal operations at a specialist and technological level.
Davide Tondi, our Technical Service Specialist, is helping resolve technical complaints (non-conformities), providing expert support to the sales team, and coordinating the technical requirements for new product launches.

Customer Claim & Non-Conformity Management
- First point of contact for technical complaints and product failures.
- Lead the investigation into customer non-conformities
- Liaise internally with Quality and Production teams
- Communicate technical solutions and resolution reports directly to the customer

Technical Sales Support & Field Activity
- Provide technical “back-up” to the sales team during the quoting and onboarding process.
- Conduct in-person customer visits Translate complex technical data into easy-to-understand information for the commercial team and clients

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the Project Coordinator for new product requests
- Maintain a feedback loop between the market and the factory
- Track and report on technical KPIs, such as claim response times and recurring defect trends

Relationship Management
- Build deep technical trust with customer stakeholders (engineers, floor managers, and quality controllers).
- Ensure that the “Technical” side of the account is healthy.
