Our ABS/PMMA and HIPS sheets are extremely appreciated in the manufacturing of sanitary fittings such as bath tubs, shower pans and pannels.
Their high resistance to abrasions, great glossiness and their scratch resistance make of them a perfect material for these applications.
In this section:
ACRYLAC QX 700
Co-extruded sheet of high-impact PMMA and ABS. The excellent mechanical characteristics of this product place it among the most coveted in products for earthmoving machinery, caravans, golf carts and many others. PMMA gives excellent surface quality and UV protection while ABS makes the sheet suitable for various types of thermoformed. Recommended for applications intended for outdoor use.
ACRYLAC TX 700
Co-extruded sheet with impact-resistant PMMA and ABS. Its formulation was created by the R&D team to make this sheet suitable for exceeding the EN13559 standard, which belongs to the regulations on sanitaryware products. The careful selection of raw materials and the tests performed in certified laboratories have generated a test report that can support the overcoming of other standards dedicated to final thermoformed products. The methacrylate guarantees excellent ESCR (Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance) performance.
ACRYLAC TX 600
Co-extruded sheet with impact-resistant PMMA and ABS. This sheet is considered an evolution of our PX 500. It is particularly appreciated in the sanitary sector (shower trays and bathtubs) for improved resistance to chemical agents.
ACRYLAC PX 500
Co-extruded sheet of PMMA and ABS. The surface PMMA guarantees an excellent aesthetic quality to the final thermoformed. Our PX 500 is an excellent compromise between mechanical performance and aesthetics. Anyway, methacrylate (PMMA) guarantees good stability to UV rays. Primarily recommended for internal use end products.
It is an evolution of the TM08 plate. ETM is a co-extruded sheet of impact-resistant PMMA and ABS with a matt, satin surface finish and excellent ESCR (Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance) performance, i.e. greater resistance to chemical agents. Mainly recommended for non-padded products, thus guaranteeing the satin surface finish on the final thermoformed product.
